Long-distance moves

To and from Middle Tennessee.

Interstate moves under our own federal authority.

  • Floor and doorway protection at both ends
  • Furniture taken apart and put back together
  • The federal moving booklets, with your estimate

Good to know

Packing

Full or partial.

We can pack the whole house, or just the kitchen and the fragile pieces while you pack the rest.

Included

  • Boxes, paper and wrap, listed on your estimate
  • Wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes
  • Dish packs for kitchenware

Good to know

  • Packing is usually scheduled a day or two before the move
  • Unpacking is available. Ask when you request your estimate.

Storage

Between homes.

Short or long-term storage while a closing lines up, a renovation finishes, or you decide what's next.

  • Pickup, storage and delivery from one company

  • Storage is billed monthly

Office and commercial

Offices and commercial spaces.

Offices, campuses and hospitality spaces, scheduled around your hours.

  • After-hours and weekend scheduling
  • Furniture, files and equipment
  • Installation work, including window treatments

  • We work as a subcontractor for restoration and facilities companies
  • Certificates of insurance on request

Pianos, art and specialty

Specialty items.

Pieces that need extra handling or equipment are planned and quoted on their own.

How pricing works

Every cost on its own line.

  • Crew time. How many movers, for how long.
  • Trucks. Sized to your home and route.
  • Materials. Boxes, paper and wrap.
  • Specialty work. Pianos, crating, installation.
  • Deposit. 20% for a local move, 30% for a long-distance move.

Our tariff is available for inspection on request.
